The serene environment stands out, improved with amazing views and attentive staff who anticipate every need. Dining was a delight, especially with the amazing smoked meats we enjoyed. An initial reservation confusion led to a different room allocation than expected, slightly marred the experience. The limited number of guests, while creating a private oasis, sometimes resulted in a lack of options for activities. Still, the warmth of the staff and the luxurious atmosphere made it a nice getaway.

Food was delicious and I have nothing but superb memories from this trip. Everything was great, great location in leading bakeries in Naples, the staff were really kind. Appreciated that my superior double room included luxurious bathroom. The bed was soft, used central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. The free parking was onsite, spectacular service. Glad that the weather was glorious, so I could enjoy its heated pool.

Truly exceptional and spotlessly clean hotel, professional and extremely helpful staff. Modern and fashionable units with a balcony and King bed plus Queen bed-nice terrace. The Michelin-starred restaurant on the premises. Simply nothing to complain about, exceptional stay.

Fine pool with gorgeous views.

Our experience was spoiled by persistent issues. The electrics in our room malfunctioned, leaving us without power and air conditioning for an entire night. I can't believe we had to call the staff the next morning to restore power. The room was disappointingly small, and the restaurant was eerily quiet with only a couple of other guests present for dinner. This is unacceptable for such a highly rated hotel.

Had air conditioning and a terrace in my deluxe king room. Its location was stunning and marvellous, near amazing Amalfi coast, the most touristy restaurant possible and the Amalfi.

The serenity of the gardens and the stunning views from the infinity pool made our stay nice. The farewell gift of homemade tomato sauce and pasta was a good surprise!

The views were stunning, particularly from the infinity pool, and dining at the Michelin-star restaurant was a highlight. The room felt cramped and there was sometimes a lack of attentive service, which was surprising for a luxury hotel. A lovely experience in a gorgeous location.

Coupled with the really good service from the staff, who were genuinely attentive, my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I would have appreciated more variety in the dining options available on-site.

The dining at the Monastero Santa Rosa was a culinary adventure! Breakfast was a dream, especially the fresh sliced tropical fruits. Plus, the Michelin star restaurant whipped up excellent dishes that are etched in my memory. The views from my Beautiful Double Room with Sea View were just amazing and elevated the experience.

Monastero santa rosa hotel & spa is fine! The infinity pool offers amazing views, made lounging there a dream. We loved the complimentary access to the thermal suite, which adds so much to the relaxation experience. The attention to detail from the staff.

Amazing, and the staff were really good too. I noticed the spa treatments were slightly overpriced compared to similar options nearby, a bit disappointing.

The rooms are spotless, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and there's a great selection of food including a Michelin-starred restaurant.
